This move will see the company reduce its headcount and cease original content production across these three regions.

Other moves made by the Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo-led administration include the adoption of the Nigeria Startup Act (NSA), the launch of the ‘Code Anambra’ as part of the Solution Innovation District by the state government in July 2023, and the implementation of a zero Right-of-Way fee in August 2023.
