Supreme Court To Hear Google’s Plea, Google Seeks Stay On Rs 1.338 Crore Penalty

According to the latest updates coming from Mirror Now, in the Supreme Court, a government body has accused Google of anti-competitive practices in relation to Android devices. There is a possibility that GMS is tracking with the help of Android mobile phones that are using applications pre-downloaded by companies. Google was fined Rs. 1000 crore in response to the allegations. Google fought back on that, challenged the order, and refused to pay the fine. Google says that there is no proof of the anti-competitive activities.
