Google warns Chrome users of dangerous bug; Hackers on the loose, update now

Google Chrome users have been advised to update their browsers to the latest version now.

The cyber security researchers at cyber firm Avast discovered this High CVE-2022-3723 bug on October 25. “We would also like to thank all security researchers that worked with us during the development cycle to prevent security bugs from ever reaching the stable channel,” Google mentioned.

  • To update your Chrome, first, open the browser on your system.
  • Tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen of the web.
  • Click on Settings.
