Alphabet Inc.’s Google won’t be allowed “to recalibrate its arguments” challenging the validity of a Sonos Inc. audio-tech patent that a California judge in July ruled infringed by “Cast-enabled apps” including Google Home, Google Play Music, and YouTube Music, the judge said.
